All personal data and documents are stored in Australia (Sydney region), encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents are held in private storage and served only through expiring links. Database rules mean you can only reach your own file, and agency staff can only reach their own agency's files. Every document view is recorded in a permanent audit log.
Some text you write is sent to an AI model (Anthropic) to give you drafting feedback. Personal identifiers are stripped before anything is sent, and the provider does not train on this data. Every AI output is a draft reviewed by a registered migration agent.
You can delete an application you have not yet handed to your agent, which also deletes its uploaded documents. To have your account and remaining data removed, contact your agency, and the deletion is carried out including your sign-in.
